ElmsEike Beauty Saloon provides premium beauty, hair, make-up, waxing, massage, eyebrow, and eyelash services for women in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Services are available at our salon location and through mobile home services in select areas.

• All services are subject to availability and appointment confirmation.
• Service descriptions and pricing are provided for reference and may be updated without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may pose a health risk.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or our website booking form. To ensure the best experience for all clients:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.
• No-show appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. By booking our services, you agree to:

• We accept cash and major electronic payment methods.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for dissatisfaction with services rendered.
• Gift vouchers and packages are non-refundable but may be transferable.
